Order of documents registration

  1. Submit the documents to the Admission board. Further the documents are verified. The data are registered in the database.
  2. With the received receipt an applicant goes to International program center and gets a notification for necessity of registration (which is to be valid till the end of September). There he gets the document about this notification.
  3. With the given document an applicant goes to the Contracts department (28 Marata street) to conclude a contract for passing of the testing (1300 rubles/1 test).
  4. Pass of the exams.
  5. After successfully pass of exams Admission board gives a confirmation document about passing of entry examinations. Then an applicant goes to International program center for settling a contract. The contract is to be made in 2 copies (for student and Center). With a notification of a settling of the contract an applicant goes to the Contracts department for execution of a payment contract supplement and receiving a payment receipt for payment in VTB-24 bank.
  6. Admission board conducts the order on nomination.
  7. Further the affairs are transferred to International program center.
  8. Student comes to International program center for registration and pays an arrangement fee.
